The Terra Verde community is even more extraordinary than the attractions all around it. This upscale gated community is built around a 3 acre spring fed lake, which boasts a White Sand beach area, Clubhouse, with Swimming Pool, Exercise room, Spa, Playground, Walking Trails, Beach Volleyball Court and much much more. For extra pampering, schedule a massage at the spa, workout at the exercise center and then relax in the sauna. At the pool you can go for a swim, lounge around in the woven rope hammocks or relax and enjoy a beverage and snack from the Tiki Hut. The clubhouse, which is only a few minutes WALK from the villa, has an internet room for anybody who does not have a laptop. This service is free to anybody staying at the resort.

Many others exist such as an Internet room, Sauna, Beauty treatment room which are in the main clubhouse. In the grounds there is a lake which is stocked with fish, climbing frame for kids and basketball net.
